    Desktop Microphone SM26 for Icom Mobile Radios and Repeaters.
    Built-in pre-amplifier PTT switch (hold down to transmit)
    Monitor switch (activates the microphone's hanger function). You can activate various transceiver functions by pushing MONITOR. The MONITOR function depends on the transceiver's settings. To use MONITOR, its action must be set to ON in the rtansceiver's cloning software, which is presen ty your dealer. Ask your dealer which function is activated by pushing MONITOR.
    Monitor Lock button. While holding down MONITOR, slide LOCK forward to continuously keep MONITOR down. Slide LOCK back to release MONITOR.
    Mic Gain Control (volume) on the bottom of the base.
