Vintage 1940s Silk Lounging Pants Size Small

Very delicate silk pants with 3 side buttons an small waist pocket.
The waist is 15" laying flat, hips are 20" for full 40s look, rise is 15", opening leg is 12", inseam is 21". These pants are in remarkable condition.
There is a slight pull in the seam at the crotch(shown in photo) but not coming apart and 2 areas with small dark spots that are not really visible unless looking from 3" away.
Rare to find this style and in this condition.
I have described the few issues I see.
These pants are 80 years old and they are not perfect. If you have any condition questions please ask because these are not returnable.
