This model comes with 4 way stretch nylon on both sides with the black cellular with a medium density neoprene sandwiched in between.  Royal Blue 4 way stretch nylon on one side and Black  4 way stretch nylon on the other side.  This nylon exterior helps protect the cellular neoprene from wear and tear while allowing the cellular neoprene to stretch, flex, and bend nearly unlimited.
